‘Filtered’

How I describe the life I live is filtered. What I mean by this is that every thought and action I take is under constant scrutiny from myself. As a gay teen who isn’t “out”, I am constantly checking and rechecking to make sure anything and everything I do will not jepordize my chance to remain under the radar.

This said, I feel like I am taking me as a person and extracting large peices of myself, and leaving little to pass through and shine. Sometimes I have to ask myself if what little is left is still really me.

Bio

I am a 19 year old gay male that, on this blog, will be named “TJ”. Tj is my real initials, so it is fitting, however I do not want to be any more specific about my name.

I live in the the midwest region of the United States, and while this has changed a few times already, I am currently majoring in computer technology. As far as general interests so, I enjoy the sport of fencing. When at home, my spare time is often consumed by playing World of Warcraft (consider my fate sealed- forever known now as a nerd!) or watching new releases in the “Watch Instantly” section of Netflix.
